Fred Meyer, Montavilla Hardware, Dixon's Drugs, Academy Theatre, Montavilla Roller Skating; these were the anchors of Montavilla in the early 50's. Oh wait, Montavilla Cafe and Lounge which is everyone's favorite place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fast forward to the new century, in 2000 we purchased Thatchers and over the past 10 years we have completely remodeled the place. We've added an awesome breakfast menu from 9 to 12 daily. As Thatchers and the neighborhood has evolved, one thing stayed the same: our commitment to the Montavilla neighborhood and our own staff's pledge to be the "local hangout".

So come and check us out. Weekly promotions of different microbrews and spirits make for a fun atmosphere on Fridays and Saturdays.
